1、 Upgrading standard for driver's license of Grade C youth race:

Those who have a Class D youth race driver's license, and those who have obtained the final qualification in small and medium-sized youth events held in the training center (club team) where the Federation has handled the filing, can apply for a Class C youth race driver's license after being confirmed in writing by the training center and reviewed by the Federation.

2、 Upgrading standard for driver's license of Grade B youth race

Those who have a Class C youth race driver's license, and those who have obtained the final qualification in the regional youth race held or recognized by the Federation, can apply for a Class B youth race driver's license after being confirmed in writing by the training center and reviewed by the Federation.

3、 Upgrading standard for driver's license of Grade A youth race

Class B youth race driver license holders, who have obtained the final qualification in provincial and ministerial open competitions, challenges, leagues and other competitions held or recognized by the Federation, can apply for Class A youth race driver license after being confirmed in writing by the training center and reviewed by the Federation. The Federation can strongly recommend the holders of Class A youth race driver licenses who have obtained the final qualification in the National Youth Open, Challenge and League held by the Federation to apply for a national level kart race driver license granted by the China Automobile Sports Federation.

4、 Procedures for upgrading driver's license of Grade C, Grade B and Grade A youth race

1. The racing driver should fill in the Application Form for Upgrading the Driver's License of Juvenile Racing in the training center he belongs to;

2. If the training center shows the racing driver's license, it shall be upgraded;

3. The racing driver shall hand in two one inch bareheaded reverse photos and pay a fee of 20 yuan for upgrading and changing the business license;

4. The training center will centrally report the application form for upgrading the driver's license, the driver's photos, the upgrading fee and other raw materials to the Federation for review;

5. Within 10 working days after the approval of the Federation, the racing driver can get the upgraded new racing driver license from the training center.
